Affordable Fees The cost of a home inspection can fluctuate with the size and type of home to be inspected. We are currently offering inspection fees starting at $300 for homes up to 1200 square feet and you pay No mileage fees. (Inspection Fees)

Timely ReportsSame day of service, you will receive a detailed and easy to understand inspection report that includes photos and recommendations from which you can have all of the information necessary to make a well informed home buying decision.
